Check out the version history and download the most recent version if necessary. You can download the latest version at any time. If the problem persists in the latest version, send an email to support@acetext.com and clearly explain what AceText is doing wrong and what it should be doing. It is also very helpful if you can describe which exact steps you can take to reproduce the problem. Finding out a way to reproduce a problem consistently is 90% of the total effort needed to fix it.
